Unit 1: Lead, Alloys and Oxide Plant
Three business units run side by side on one site.
From procurement through smelting, refining, oxide manufacturing and dispatch, processes are standardised and digitally monitored for uniform chemistry, controlled particle size and complete traceability.
Rotary Furnace
Smelts battery lead scrap to recover lead.
Pure Lead Plant
Refines and alloys lead in kettles and casts ingots.
Oxide Plant
Converts refined lead into grey oxide, red lead and litharge.
