Quality Management System
HVR's Quality Management System is aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and built on process ownership, risk-based thinking and the Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle.
Its scope covers the manufacture and supply of pure lead, lead oxides, lead alloys and lead-based chemicals. The system is documented in a controlled Quality Manual, process turtle diagrams and a master list of documents and records.
